For 30+ years, Iowa Eyecare has been a sponsor of the Cedar Rapids chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
The JDRF's mission is to lead the fight against type 1 diabetes (T1D) by funding research, advocating for policies that accelerate access to new therapies, and providing a support network for millions of people around the world impacted by T1D.
At Iowa Eyecare, we've witnessed firsthand the impact that diabetes can have on the lives of those in our community. We're honored to work hand-in-hand with the JDRF and can attest to the monumental impact that this organization and the research that they've funded has had on individual lives in terms of both ocular health and quality of life.
